Mountain Stays Boutique is a husband (Jason) and wife (Ashley) team that helps clients in Flathead Valley, manage short term rentals. We are STR owners ourselves, and have personal experience that helps us navigate the industry. We help clients in many ways, including :

a business or establishment that is small and sophisticated or fashionable.
Why boutique? We have chosen our name carefully because we believe that being small, personable, knowledgeable, and having the ability to stand out are key traits in short term rentals.

Small: We believe that a well run STR can only be managed by someone that has time to perform. We have a rule that one manager can only manage 10 rentals. This gives us time to create an amazing and personable experience for the guest. Setting out wine or flowers for a special occasion, answering every message as soon as it comes through, and giving out local information as if they have their very own personal tour guide.
Knowledgeable: We have owned and rented many rentals both long and short. We prefer short term renting. We love it, because you get to create an experience that people seek. Over the years, we have found a formula that has returned us a 226% higher occupancy rate at the time of writing this and a 600% high occupancy rate two months ago. We also are within 1% of the average nightly booked rate and hold a 4.99 star review.

Stand out: This is where our design comes into play. We invest money where it has a great return. We create spaces with center pieces that stand out. We have found that people like to almost!, "be at home". Rooms with a statement piece or Instagram worthy art brings in guests. Guests want to feel clean, cozy, and inspired.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Truly the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The home has everything you need and then some! Ashley and Jason are so kind and go above and beyond.
This Airbnb was quite possibly the best Airbnb experience I have had to date. The hosts Ashley and Jason have obviously put a lot of thought into their new rental and have included many thoughtful amenities.
We have stayed in many airbnbs and I have never felt so safe/at home! It’s like having family next door and you know if something were to happen you still have someone nearby to assist. Jason and Ashley were amazing host! We enjoyed our stay a ton! Great place to stay! We will likely stay again for a summer trip!
